At Epson LabelWorks, we stand behind the precision and reliability of our labeling solutions. If you are not completely satisfied with your hardware or supplies, you may return them within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the serial number of your LabelWorks printer to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and industrial tape cartridges that were included in the box.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the shipping carton and use a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery to our technical processing center.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the unit's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement device within 5-7 business days.
